OSFA stands for “one size for all.” This applies to items such as hats, bags or notebooks where different size options are not available. • How long does it take to get my order?
Most wearables on this site are produced “on-demand” and are not already in inventory with the Eisenhower Health logo. It takes 10-15 business days from order to delivery of your item.
• What logo options are available? All items are to have the Eisenhower Health logo embroidered on the left chest. Clinic specific logos are no longer available. In accordance with Eisenhower Health’s brand guidelines, the color of the logo depends on the color of the item ordered. Additional customization is not available on individual items.
Order tracking
• How will I know my order has been received by allcustomwear?
You will receive an email confirmation (to your @eisenhowerhealth.org email address) with your order details immediately after placing an order. This email will include your order number.
• How can I track my order? To track your order, visit store.allcustomwear.com/ehclinics and log in. If you click on your name in the upper right hand corner, there will be a drop down menu appear. Click on "My Orders". There you will find your order history and status.
• How will I know my order has shipped? When your order ships, you will receive an email (to your @eisenhowerhealth.org email address) with the UPS tracking number. Visit ups.com to track the status of a shipment.
Payments and allotments
• How do I pay for my purchase?
Uniform Allotment If you have an allotment, the amount will appear in the upper right corner of the page when you log into your account. This amount will be automatically applied to your order during check out. Any remaining allotment will be available for future purchases. If your purchase exceeds the value of the allotment, you will be prompted to complete your purchase with a credit or debit card.
Debit or credit card You may pay with a debit or credit card for all orders. allcustomwear accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club cards. The charge will appear on your statement as “allcustomwear”.

How can I check the balance of my allotment? When you log into your account, your name will appear in the upper right corner of the screen. When you click on it, your balance will be the first thing listed on the drop down menu.
• When do I get my Uniform Allotment?
Please see the Uniform Guidelines for your clinic. If you believe you should have a uniform allotment and do not, please speak with your director.
Shipping
• What service will be used to ship my items? allcustomwear uses UPS Ground as its standard delivery method.
• Is expedited shipping available? Since most items are not stocked, expedited shipping is not available at checkout. • Is shipping free? Shipping will be charged based on location and weight for orders under $100. At $100, shipping is free. The $100 limit is on product only and does not include sales tax to qualify.
• Is international shipping available? allcustomwear only ships items for store.allcustomwear.com/ehclinics within the United States.
• Will my items ship to my home or to my office/department? Your Eisenhower clinic will default into the shipping information during checkout. If you wish to receive your order at your home, you can update your shipping information. If you choose to ship to your home residence, neither Eisenhower Health or allcustomwear is responsible for your package once UPS shows it delivered.
Returns/exchanges
• Can I return an item? Because items are custom decorated for Eisenhower Health employees, allcustomwear cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect (color, size, logo, etc.). An exchange can be made for incorrect size, but the exchange is for the same style and color only (This includes pants). Exchanges may be made up to 30 days after the ship date of your order. Your product must not have been worn or washed and have original tags. We do not offer refunds on orders that are in production or for orders that have shipped. We encourage all employees to reference the size charts made available in the upper left-hand corner when looking at products.
• Who manages store.allcustomwear.com/ehclinics? allcustomwear is the sole owner of the website and is responsible for its management, as well as for the production and shipping of all items ordered through store.allcustomwear.com/ehclinics or directly through allcustomwear.
• What is the relationship between Eisenhower Health and allcustomwear? Eisenhower Health has selected allcustomwear as a preferred supplier for Eisenhower Health-branded uniforms & products and has worked with them to ensure compliance with Eisenhower Health’s branding policy, negotiated pricing and quality assurance. Eisenhower Health is not responsible for the management of this website, or the production or shipping of any item(s) ordered through this site.

• How does allcustomwear protect my personal information?
